General Hours- Vary roughly 10-20 hours per week.

Main Duties- Create and implement a wellness plan for TU Staff/Faculty & include students. TU does have a wellness plan but is mostly ran through the exercise science department. Part of my duties will try to create additional and supplemental programming and activities to get TU Staff/ Faculty and students involved and taking priority in their wellness. Additionally, I will be creating an incentive program that rewards TU/Staff for doing check ups and attending Wellness activities. For example going to an on campus Yoga Session will give you 5 Wellness points. For 25 Wellness points, you can have a free jeans Friday.

Compensation- Mostly experience, I am already a full-time staff member at Tiffin University.

Specific Goals- Increase physical activity of staff members, faculty, and students this summer through wellness programming. Educational programming on wellness and physical fitness. Ideally, I would like to track data and monitor the changes in levels of health and wellness in employees. I have also spoken to Nadia and Deidre with the potential of doing a work productivity study and research strategies on how wellness initiatives can increase workplace productivity.
