Sit Down With Lonny

Had a sit down meeting with Lonny we discussed the idea of a career fair within athletics. Loves the idea just has reservations about it only being for athletes. He wouldn’t want the fair to be only for athletes because he said that others on campus have a perception that athletics gets more budget and opportunities than other departments on students. I understand where Lonny is coming from and essentially just want non athletes to have the same opportunity as athletes however it can be geared towards athletes. We then segwayed into discussing the potential of athletic services and building up a retention committee effort of student athletes.
