Weekly Meeting W/ Deidre + Lifts
Today I had one of my last weekly meeting with Deidre of the mentorship process. We went for lunch and filled out the goals sheet. For Monday's workout we had
3x8 Bosu Pushups
3x8 Barbell rows
3x8 DB bench press
3x8 machine row
3x8 Machine flies
3x15 machine press
3 way planks hold 45 seconds then repeat.
