Workout Wednesday
Deidre is back and we had a brief meeting unfortunately we have hit a small road block with ITS department and we still don't have a solution for logging wellness hours. We also don't think it is very realistic to log it with a pen paper type of method. We did up the intensity with legs since Deidre is back in the swing of things. 75% of max

5x12 belt squat
5x12 hamstring curls
3x12 3 way calf raise
3 way plank 45 sec hold repeat 3 times.
