Arm Day
After a long week of RA training it was good to get our group together for an Arm Day to spring us into the weekend.
3x15 banded tricep extensions
3x15 banded curls
3x12 dips
3x 10 hammer alternating curls
4x10 shoulder press
4x10 lateral raises
3x10 shrugs
4x12 tricep rope extensions
3x15 preacher curls
3x15 skull crushers.
