Meeting With My First Student

Met with a student athlete today about transferring. His rationale was:

Closer to home to family. (Detroit)
Changing major to physical therapy TU doesn’t necessarily have that program
Issue with kneeling for national anthem. Coach called him out in front of the team. Delano felt embarrassed coach “cussed him out and called him a follower”
Planning potentially transferring to BG or Toledo
