4 Year Plan for Athletics

Talked to Dana supplementing 4 year athletic plan with adding academic and career checklist/ monitoring. The idea is to serve as an advisor to ensure students are graduating on time. Along with graduating helping prep them for the next steps after graduation. Is the student athlete have potential to continue in their current sport? Applying to grad school? Finding GA Assistantship? Or finding a career right out of undergrad.
