NCCGA a Real Possibility!

Researched and found out about NCCGA Club Golf. (National Collegiate Club Golf Association. Found many nearby schools have teams, Ohio State, Bowling Green, Ohio University, Dayton, Cincinnati, Xaiver, Wright State, Toledo, Akron, Kent State, and Oberlin. GLIAC also had a could schools in Hillsdale, Grand Valley, Ferris State, Saginaw, and Northwood.

These schools are broken into different districts and compete in two tournaments a semester Teams can have up to 8 players per team some schools will send an A and a B team so total of 16 players coed.Tournaments range in price 70-110 dollars per tournament. To be a member of the NCCGA you also must pay dues of 300 per year, 150 for the first year new members.

All full time students including grad students are permitted to play. Tournaments also include food, snacks, golf balls and gifts. NCCGA Club teams are also eligible to get sponsors so Marathon local business would be eligible to sponsor. NCCGA also has sponsorships so students can get discounts on equipment and apparel.
