Met with Deidre after her meeting with Nadia, for the time being we have narrowed down some focus we would like to see implemented for the first go around of TU Wellness 2.0.
Creation and Implementation of an Incentive Program that includes a Dragon Store
Search for ways to boost work day productivity.
Fitness opportunities outside of work hours.
Wellness Pantry on campus where Staff can purchase healthy snacks and drinks at a reasonable price
Tiffin farmer’s market/ community garden.
Find additional workout instructors that offer different classes. Zumba, cardio kickboxing, and pilates
Collaborate with TUSA and try to involve more staff members.
