Workouts W/ Deidre & Kelsey
It is the most dreaded day in the fitness industry. It's leg day. Since it's the ladies first leg day the workout was modified.
3x10 Goblet Squat
3X12 Hamstring Curls
3X12 Box Step Ups
3X15 Elevated Calf Raises
Leg day for most isn't fun but the girls did a great job getting through it. I plan on upping the workload the following week.
