It may of been a 3PM Friday but it didn't stop Deidre from wanting to exercise. Roohani the HR intern and my partner Britt joined Deidre for some Friday at arms. The workout was as followed. 3x As Many As Possible Banded Dips
3X 12 Band tricep extensions (Yellow Bands)
3x 12 DB Hammer Curls
3X 8 Reverse Grip Tricep Extension
3x 8 Cable Curls
Abs Circuit 3 way planks 45 sec hold each position repeat 3 times.
