Lots and Lots of Programming

For the past couple of days Kyle Gilbert the Strength and Conditioning coach was kind enough to sit down with me and write out some programming for TU Health and Wellness. When designing the plans we wanted to make sure that the programming was guided to different specificity. Meaning that the programs can align to different goals. We both understood that there would be great variance in the experience levels of students, faculty, and staff. So we created programs that target weight loss, flexibility, mobility, speed, lean muscle mass, and strength. In total we created 9 unique training programs for the use of anyone. Most personal trainers charge between $50-100 per session, and programming if you want to work out on your own is also expensive. Programs from well known professionals range from 20-30 dollars all the way up to 300 dollars. Having these resources free is incredible opportunity for TU students, staff, and faculty. Kyle is a great Strength coach and holds CSCS certification.
