Monday Summer is almost over

With my weekly meeting with Deidre she was saying how she was still sore from legs on Wednesday but it was a good sore. She said after this week she will be out of town because Maddie is playing on a national travel softball team. We planned on working out still a few times this week as well as later that day. TU Health & Wellness really feels like it is coming together we really just have one more long term goal to accomplish and it was to have IT set up something through the portal where faculty and staff could post there wellness hours so we could have an efficient way of tracking it.

Monday Chest & Back

5X12 Barbell Bench

5x12 Lat pull down

4x12 Incline Bench Press

4x12 Wide Grip lat pull down.

4x10 Barbell raises

4x10 3 way push ups

3 way planks hold 45 seconds repeat 3 times.
